  • By using this website or completing a purchase, you confirm full legal capacity and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Products and Licenses

  • All offerings are digital licenses, granted for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Licenses are non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and bound to the purchasing account or hardware identifier (HWID).
  • Unauthorized redistribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation constitutes material breach and triggers automatic license revocation.

4. Order Process

  • Orders are final upon successful payment confirmation; product access is granted instantly via email or on discord.
  • You warrant the accuracy of all information provided during checkout and assume full risk for errors or omissions.
  • We do not store full payment credentials; all transactions are delegated to PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Decompiling, modifying, tampering with license validation, or using automation to bypass activation is strictly forbidden.
  • Use for illegal activity, harassment, fraud, mass disruption, or circumvention of security measures is prohibited.
  • Sharing access credentials, license keys, or enabling concurrent multi-user operation violates these Terms and voids all rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.
  • We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or third-party claims.
  • Compatibility with external software, hardware, or anti-cheat systems is not guaranteed and remains your sole responsibility.

7. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Material changes (e.g. scope of license, refund policy) will be communicated via discord server or site banner.
  • Continued use constitutes binding acceptance of revised Terms.

Refund Policy

1. General Rules

Due to the immediate, non-revocable nature of digital delivery, refunds are discretionary and not automatic.

2. Eligibility

  • Refunds require the license to remain unused, unactivated, and unassociated with any HWID or Discord account.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase with full justification and proof.
  • Final approval rests solely with the seller; no statutory right to withdrawal applies under EU law for digital content upon consent to immediate delivery.

3. Technical Defects

  • Refunds for non-functioning products are granted only if failure is reproducible and confirmed to originate from our code or delivery system.
  • User error, unsupported environments, or third-party interference void eligibility.

4. Exclusions

  • Activated, installed, or HWID-bound licenses.
  • Accounts or licenses terminated for Terms violations.
  • Requests beyond 7 days or lacking verifiable evidence.

5. Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Timing depends on the payment processor and may vary by region and method.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

We collect only data strictly necessary for license enforcement and fraud prevention. No behavioral tracking, analytics, or third-party sharing occurs.

2. Data Collected

  • HWID — binds license to one device; never leaves our secure infrastructure.
  • Discord User ID — used only for support verification or optional community access.

3. Purpose & Retention

  • Data is retained only for the license duration or as required by law.
  • All records are encrypted at rest and in transit; access is strictly role-limited.

4. Your Rights

You may request data deletion or export at any time via support. We comply with GDPR/CCPA upon verified request.
